François Marineau joins Accedian Networks to manage the company's operational
strategy and administer all aspects of operations activities at Accedian Networks.
François brings over 13 years of operational experience with high-technology
companies in the Telecom and Contract-Manufacturing fields, including 10 years of
management experience.

Prior to joining Accedian, François structured the operational team of EXFO
Electro-Optical Engineering in Montreal (formerly Avantas Networks) during its early
stages as Director of Operations. From 2000 to 2006, François managed the Supply
Chain, Manufacturing, Service Centre, Information Technology, Software Verification
and Quality Assurance. François Marineau also held the position of Director of
Contract Manufacturing where he had to identify suppliers and outsource them the
manufacturing of some products in Asia. He was also involved in Due Diligence and
the Merger & Acquisition of several companies during his time at EXFO.

François was also a member of the management team at SCI Canada (now Sanmina-SCI), a
Tier-1 Electronic Manufacturer Services from 1997 to 2000 where he successfully held
the Test Engineering Supervisor and Director of Engineering positions. His
background also includes working for SR Telecom from 1995 to 1997 and Northern
Telecom (Nortel) in 1994. François Marineau holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical
Engineering from Polytechnique de Montréal and a Master in Engineering Management
from Université de Sherbrooke, in Canada. François is an APICS member since 2002.
